 Fredrick Hicks is the Founder and CEO of the Hicks Evaluation Group (HEG), an organizational consulting firm that specializes in data analytics and communications. In 2015, Hicks was named to the prestigious Top 40 Under 40 and in 2019 was named Top Political Strategist in Georgia as well as “Top 25 Extraordinary Atlantans.” Hicks is often called upon to provide commentary on contemporary issues on numerous media outlets including Fox News, TRT World, CNN, NPR, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and The Hill. In addition to his work in business, Hicks is a noted leader in the non-profit community. He chairs the board for Project Pinnacle, a non profit that helps young adults with non violent felony convictions receive a 2nd chance, Secretary/Treasurer for the Clayton State University Foundation, and is a board member of Kate’s Club, an organization dedicated to helping children and young adults who have lost a loved one learn how to grieve. He is a member of the Leadership Georgia Class of 2022, the Regional Leadership Institute Class of 2025, and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Mount St. Vincent in New York

 Tamera Wynn is a seasoned construction professional with over eleven years of experience managing multi-million-dollar projects across the Southeast. Known for her consistency, 

attention to detail, and operational excellence, she is committed to ensuring every project exceeds client expectations. Tamera is actively involved in all phases of construction—from conception through completion—and plays a hands-on role in daily operations, including estimating, project management, budgeting, material procurement, and overall job coordination. Her comprehensive approach and leadership have been key to her continued success in the construction industry. Tamera obtained her degrees from, Strayer University in Acquisitions & Contract Management

Dr. Cherry is a dynamic leader and leadership coach offering expertise in the design and execution of proactive business process reengineering, employee development and productivity improvement initiatives. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to lead numerous start-up programs and operations providing direction that reflect her core strengths - the ability to assess critical need and build innovative programs and processes that deliver long-term solutions while at the same time adding depth and value to the customer service and human performance elements as it contributes to the corporation and to the community. She works with diverse teams and helps them to collaborate effectively using inclusion as a core principle.
